Het Stadscuratorium provided a positive recommendation to Stadsdeel Centrum in July 2019 regarding a project by street art artist Judith De Leeuw. This is additional advice, now that the plans are more concrete. The artwork Icarus will be temporary, but SCA suggests having Judith De Leeuw create two new designs afterward, of which she will execute one.
