In this advice, the proposal is to permanently hang three 3D plastic rockets on the cabling on the Nes. The project is by the artist Streetart Frankey. However, SCA is critical of the process due to Streetart Frankey’s already significant presence in the area. There is a missed opportunity to achieve a new artwork through a careful process involving other artists for a more diverse and fitting interpretation of the location.
