Designer Tjep has created four hexagonal towers made of stainless steel, named the Air Cells, as ventilation openings for the Spaarndammertunnel in Park Houthaven. Although the artwork was completed in 2015, SCA recommends including it in the KiOR collection because it currently does not fall under Art Management/Art Guard.
