At the edge of Oosterpark, on the facade of Metis Montessori College, light plays a special role. Chris Kabel’s artwork (2018) consists of 4,500 glass lenses and filters that mesmerisingly refract and colour light. Attached to perforated panels, these lenses form an undulating pattern that recalls the dance of light particles. This artwork invites you to discover the magic of light and optics.
