he ‘Plein ’40-’45’ square is temporarily painted with the artwork ‘Surround Sound’ by artist KENOR in collaboration with the neighborhood. The project is an initiative by various parties to make the neighborhood more attractive and promote social cohesion. SCA supports the project but advises further development of the design, maintenance, participation, and the duration of the temporary artwork.
